These photo series were created through my involvement as a photographic designer of a catalogue for an art exhibition. My goal was to depict the artists next to their works of art, as they would like to present themselves with their individual ideas and items to depict them.
It up to the viewer to characterise these personalities, recognise their artistic inclinations and read their thoughts.
This project presents an opportunity to philosophise about art and artists.
Art cannot be clearly defined and always remains a subjective assessment of the viewer. An artist sees the world from a different perspective and perhaps has a more sensitive perception of the beautiful and the ugly things and events in our environment and life. In any case, art brightens up our everyday lives and has done so since time Begun.
