I created these photo series by collaborating with artists from the Burgenland district who I frequently met for exhibitions. Many of them are painters, which inspired me to depict their thoughtful facial expressions while posing with a painter’s brush and depicting the dynamics of a brush stroke. The series gives the impression that you, as the viewer, can read their thoughts and how they wish to translate them into paintings. In order to create this project I drew on, both, my years of artistic training as well as my experience and digital image processing.
